Shipping/Returns

We hope that you love all of your purchases from Social Kat Clothing. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale. 

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are FINAL SALE.

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, and athletic wear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopsocialkat@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
